Refund policy

QUALITY PROTOCOL: RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE
MARDAI LAB stands behind the quality of every integration. You have 30 days after receiving your garment to request a return or exchange.

  • Cost: Returns are Complimentary (Free) for US customers. We cover the shipping.

  • Eligibility: To be approved, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. INITIATING A RETURN
To streamline the process, please follow this protocol:

  1. Email hello@mardailab.com with your Order Number (e.g., #MARDAI-1001).

  2. State whether you are requesting a Refund or Exchange.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will email you a Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label along with instructions on how to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. ANOMALIES & DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Defective items do not need to be returned. We will simply dispatch a replacement unit immediately upon verification of the defect (photo proof required).

4. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items with custom text).

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items marked clearly as "Final Sale" during a promotional event.

5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item immediately, or wait for your refund to process.

6. EUROPEAN UNION (14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD)
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, per EU consumer laws. The item must be unworn and in original packaging.

7. REFUND PROCESSING
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banking Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Status Check: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@mardailab.com.
