Shipping policy

SHIPPING PROTOCOL & FULFILLMENT

1. MANUFACTURE ON DEMAND (PRODUCTION TIME)
MARDAI LAB operates on a strictly "Made-to-Order" basis to minimize industrial waste. We do not hold inventory. Every garment is manufactured specifically for you the moment integration (payment) is complete.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your garment to be printed, sewn, and quality-checked before dispatch.

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding Public/USA Holidays).

2. DOMESTIC DISPATCH (USA)
We provide complimentary logistics for all clients within the United States.

  • Service: Standard Ground.

  • Cost: Complimentary (Free) on all orders.

  • Total Estimated Arrival: 6–12 Business Days (Includes Production + Shipping).

  • Note: To ensure the fastest delivery, orders containing multiple product categories (e.g., Hoodies and T-Shirts) may arrive in separate shipments.

3. INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH
We ship globally to select territories via International Air.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on package weight (Flat Rate).

    • Light Packages (0-1lb): $18.00 USD

    • Heavy/Multi Packages (1lb+): $35.00 USD

  • Total Estimated Arrival: 10–20 Business Days.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDU): International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). MARDAI LAB is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the client.

4. TRACKING & VISIBILITY
Once your unit has completed production and left the facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the label is created.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
MARDAI LAB is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact our support channel so we can file a claim with the facility.
